How it Works
1. Start With an idea.
You bring the concept—we help shape it.
Maybe you already have print-ready files. Maybe you’re still figuring things out. Either way, we meet you where you are. You can:
- Use one of our templates as a starting point
- Upload your own artwork or branding
- Reach out with a rough idea—we’re happy to help you develop it
Not sure if your idea will work? Just ask. We’ll guide you through your options.
2. Choose the Right Approach.
Template tweak or total original? Both are welcome.
We offer a few curated products and templates for convenience—but most of our work is custom. Depending on your needs:
- Quick job? Use a template and make light edits
- Custom job? We’ll collaborate on size, materials, finishes, and more
- Unsure? Send us your files or idea and we’ll recommend the best route
We’ll confirm pricing, specs, and timeline before moving forward.
3. We'll print it to perfection.
No shortcuts, no surprises—just clean, professional results.
Once everything’s approved, we move your project into production using professional-grade equipment tailored to your needs:
- High-resolution printing (Canon Colorado M5)
- Precision cutting (Graphtec)
- Engraving & specialty work (X-Tool Laser)
We handle every job with care, whether it’s a one-off prototype or a large-scale business order.
4. Determine pickup or delivery.
You choose how it gets to you.
- Local? We’ll arrange a pickup time that works for you.
- Remote? We’ll ship your order securely and provide tracking.
Turnaround times vary by project, but most are completed and packed within 48 hours. We'll keep you updated on the progress of your print.
5. Receive and review
Your order arrives, ready to go.
Once your project is complete and delivered (or picked up), we recommend reviewing everything as soon as possible to ensure it meets your expectations.
If you notice any issues with print quality, materials, or anything unexpected, get in touch within a reasonable timeframe so we can make it right. We're committed to making sure you’re satisfied with the final product.
Questions after delivery? Just reach out: we’re here to help.
Need Changes or A Reorder?
We’re here for follow-ups, tweaks, and reprints—within reason.
If you need to make a change, reprint, or scale up a past project, we’re happy to help. However, please note:
- We can’t upscale raster images (like JPG or PNG) without a loss in quality.
For best results, artwork should be provided as a vector file (SVG) or a high-resolution PDF. - PDFs are preferred as they work best with our production workflow and ensure consistent output.
If you're unsure whether your file is suitable for resizing or reprinting, just send it our way—we’ll take a look and advise before we move forward.
