Refunds and reprints Policy

Thank you for shopping with Promethean Printing! All of our products are custom printed to order, which means each item is made just for you.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction — and we’ll make it right if there’s an issue with your order.

Reprints

We offer free reprints for the following:

  • Incorrect item, size, or design was sent

  • Production errors (misprints, poor alignment, wrong color)

  • Items damaged during shipping

To qualify for a reprint, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and any damage or error

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size charts)

  • Spelling, design, or personalization errors made by the customer

Please double-check your order details and designs before submitting!

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we’re happy to help you troubleshoot. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office or delivery provider.

Cancellation policy

At Promethean Printing, all items are custom printed to order, and we begin production shortly after you place your order. Because of this, cancellations are only available for a limited time.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase.

If you need to cancel your order during business hours, please e-mail us at info@prometheanprinting.com.

Because we move fast, we cannot guarantee cancellations more than one hour after purchase, as your order may already be in production.

We do not accept cancellations in any of the following circumstances:

  • More than one hour after the order in question has been placed

  • On completed or shipped orders

  • On orders with custom designs that have already been printed or are in progress

Each item is made just for you! As a small business, we begin working on your order quickly to meet our production timelines. Thank you for understanding and supporting custom-made products.

Content Policy

At Promethean Printing, we’re proud to support creators, businesses, and individuals in bringing their ideas to life through high-quality custom printing. We value freedom of expression, but we also maintain standards to ensure all submitted content is lawful, respectful, and appropriate for production.

Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your files for print.

Acceptable Content

We welcome a wide range of content, including:

  • Business branding and marketing materials
  • Personal creative projects
  • Artist and designer portfolios
  • Adult or sexually explicit content, provided it is legal and fully consensual

To be eligible for printing, your content must:

  • Be your own original work or properly licensed for use
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
  • Not infringe on the rights of others (including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights)

For adult content, we will require documentation confirming all individuals depicted are over 18 and have given explicit consent.

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse any content that falls into the following categories:

  • Copyrighted or trademarked material used without proper authorization
  • Content that promotes or depicts illegal activity
  • Hate speech, threats, or discriminatory material targeting individuals or groups
  • Non-consensual, exploitative, or invasive imagery
  • Content that could expose our business or customers to legal liability

If your submission contains any of the above, we may reject or cancel your order at our discretion. In only this case, a refund will be provided.

Ownership and Responsibility

By submitting content to us, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights or have the necessary permissions to use and reproduce the content
  • Any individuals featured in your content (if applicable) are at least 18 years old and have given informed, written consent for use
  • You understand and accept full legal responsibility for the content you submit

We may request verification of rights or consent for certain submissions, particularly adult or commercially sensitive material.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline any print job that violates this policy, is inconsistent with our values, or raises concerns about legality or misuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Orders involving unauthorized use of intellectual property
  • Submissions that may damage our reputation or customer trust
  • Content that, in our judgment, crosses ethical or legal boundaries

We also reserve the right to report any unlawful material to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting Violations

If you believe content submitted to or printed by our service violates this policy, please contact us at info@prometheanprinting.com with relevant details. We take all reports seriously and will investigate accordingly.
