Project questions

What sorts of projects do you work with?

We work with a variety of machines and materials, and this allows us to complete a variety of projects- custom t-shirts, decals, posters, canvas prints, buttons, magnets and so much more. Keep in mind that not all of this is reflected in our catalog, and most projects require direct contact.

What materials are available for my custom project?

It depends on what you want to create. We have quite a few options, and we're more than happy to discuss acquiring something specific for your project.

Take a look at our already available materials, or feel free to contact us regarding a material you don't see.

Which file formats do you accept?

We prefer .PDF files, but we're willing to work with .AI files, .PSD files, .EPS files, .TIF files, .JPEG files, and .PNG files. Just keep in mind that your artwork file must be properly scaled to the actual size of your project.

How Should I set up my file?

The short answer is that it depends. Take a look at our artwork requirements and what should be included in your file here:

Shipping Questions

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. We have a license to do business in the United States of America.

How long does shipping usually take?

We work hard to ensure a 48-hour turnaround on most projects. This means that it should take no longer than 5 days to receive your order.

Do you offer rush orders?

We do, but it's important to note that the shipping cost on these orders will increase dramatically and that you will need to connect with us directly. If you're in or near the Nebraska area, you're also welcome to come and pick it up.

What should I do if my project arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately. We'll do everything we can to make it right.
