Return and Refund Policy

If we make a mistake on your order, let us know as soon as possible. If your order is damaged, destroyed, or not reflective of the proof you approved, we will be more than happy to replace your order on a rush print. If you no longer wish to have the order printed, we'll refund you. 

A few items of note:

• We will accept re-prints/refunds at their full value for up to 14 days after your purchase.
• In order fro your refund to be approved, you must e-mail us images of the defective product.
• Please keep in mind that refunds may take up to seven days to process. If you haven't received your refund at this time, please contact us again.
