How to submit your artwork

While you're welcome to place your order first, we recommend starting with file set-up to get your file to print as efficiently as possible. You'll need to ensure that your file is sized to the same size of the decal you ordered. While certain types of prints have extra specifications, there are a few basics that should be considered for every file;

• The artwork must be in PDF format.
• Your artwork must be "actual size". This means that the digital artwork is the same size as the prints you ordered.
• All of your fonts must be converted to outlines.
• The artwork must be in CMYK color mode.

Head on over to our products tab and select the kind of print you're interested in. Select your artwork size (this should match the file you send us), your quantity of prints, and any other product-specific information we might need. Proceed to check-out and pay for your order. 

Send us an e-mail at info@prometheanprinting.com. The subject line should say something like "Artwork for (Poster/Banner/Decal)" and include the name on the card that was used to purchase the order. We accept PDF files.

After we receive your artwork, we will print one copy of the file and send you an e-mail containing a copy of what your PDF looks like on our end. From there, you'll decide if the file is ready to go. As soon as we receive the OK, your order goes through the print process and is shipped to your door.

We believe in incredibly fast turn-around times. That's why as soon as your designs are printed, laminated, and cut, they are immediately packaged and shipped to your door.
