The basics

Line Widths

▎Vinyl Roll & Sticker Printing
Minimum of 0.5pt for positive line widths and 0.5pt for reverse line widths

▎Large Format Banners
Minimum of 0.5pt for positive line widths and 1pt for reverse line widths

Color Space

All of your artwork should be submitted in the CMYK color space. If we receive a file in RGB, we have to convert it to CMYK and we cannot guarantee an exact color match.

Text Sizes

Be sure that your texts are converted to outlines. If you used a font outside of Adobe Illustrator, be sure to send us your TSS file. To ensure that your text prints clearly, maintain a text width of at least 5pts.

File Format

Your file format must be in PDF in order to work with our print workflow. The good news is that you can find free PDF converters for your files online. Just make sure the PDF version still reflects the detail you want it to.

Specific Artwork requirements

Regular Vinyl (Permanent or Removable, Matte or Gloss)

Make sure:

Your design is the same size as the image you ordered.
Your line widths are a minimum of 0.5, whether your cut paths are offset or centered.
If your file contains fonts, be sure to also send us the font file.
If your artwork has bleed (ensure that the background of your image extends further than your through-cut line.
Cut Paths: Your cut layers should be named CutContour Thru for through cuts, and CutContour Kiss for kiss cuts. Each of these cut lines should exist on separate layers.
Through-Cut Lines should be colored in 100% magenta with 0% for all other color attributes.
Kiss-Cut Lines should be colored in 100% cyan with 0% for all other color attributes.
Make sure that there are no shapes where you would like the image to be white.

Holographic Stickers (No Spot White)

Your design is the same size as the image you ordered.
Your line widths are a minimum of 0.5, whether your cut paths are offset or centered.
If your file contains fonts, be sure to also send us the font file.
If your artwork has bleed (ensure that the background of your image extends further than your through-cut line.
Cut Paths: Your cut layers should be named CutContour Thru for through cuts
Through-Cut Lines should be colored in 100% magenta with 0% for all other color attributes.
Holographic material will show clearly through color opacities less than 60%. Any spaces in the artwork that do not have a white backing will print no ink and will show clear holographic material.

Holographic Decals (With Spot White)

Your design is the same size as the image you ordered.
Your line widths are a minimum of 0.5, whether your cut paths are offset or centered.
If your file contains fonts, be sure to also send us the font file.
If your artwork has bleed (ensure that the background of your image extends further than your through-cut line.
Cut Paths: Your cut layers should be named "CutContour" Thru for through cuts
Through-Cut Lines should be colored in 100% magenta with 0% for all other color attributes.
Your image contains a layer labelled "Spot1" behind the artwork, where you want white ink to print underneath your artwork.

Clear Decals (No Spot White)

Your design is the same size as the image you ordered.
Your line widths are a minimum of 0.5, whether your cut paths are offset or centered.
If your file contains fonts, be sure to also send us the font file.
If your artwork has bleed (ensure that the background of your image extends further than your through-cut line.
Cut Paths: Your cut layers should be named "CutContour" Thru for through cuts
Through-Cut Lines should be colored in 100% magenta with 0% for all other color attributes.

Clear Decals (With Spot White)

Banners

Your line widths are a minimum of 10pts, whether your cut paths are offset or centered.
If your file contains fonts, be sure to also send us the font file.
If your artwork has bleed (ensure that the background of your image extends further than your through-cut line.
Cut Paths: Your cut layers should be named "CutContour" Thru for through cuts
Through-Cut Lines should be colored in 100% magenta with 0% for all other color attributes.
